Nobiyu™ Wagyu Burgers

After a natural development period with their mothers in open pastures under the cork oaks of the Alentejo, our animals begin a finishing period of over 500 days, with a carefully developed feeding program.

A Wagyu burger is not an ordinary burger. The natural marbling of the meat provides more juiciness, a softer texture, and a richer flavor, without the need to add fat or other ingredients.

100% full-blood Wagyu. No additives. Nothing else.

150 g · Deep-frozen · Vacuum-packed · 100% Wagyu. Nothing else.

Nobiyu™ burgers were developed for professional catering.

Produced exclusively with 100% full-blood Wagyu beef, they offer a consistent portion, natural succulence, and reliable performance during service. The carefully defined ratio of meat to fat provides a rich flavor and a tender texture.

Each burger weighs 150g and is vacuum-packed in packs of two. They are flash-frozen immediately after production, facilitating stock management and reducing waste in the kitchen.

Recommended Preparation

Remove the Nobiyu™ burger from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before cooking, allowing the meat to reach room temperature for more even cooking.

Heat a griddle, plancha, or cast-iron skillet well. It is not necessary to add oil or butter; the natural Wagyu fat is sufficient.

Cook over medium-high heat until the desired doneness is reached.

Do not press the burger during cooking. Doing so will cause it to lose some of the natural juices that ensure its texture and succulence.

Let it rest for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

To enhance the natural flavor of the meat, we recommend seasoning only with fleur de sel immediately before serving.
